How To Install or Upgrade Application Express to Version 3.0.1

Goal:

- Upgrade Application Express to Version 3.0.1
- Endure images also get updated.

Requirements:

Hardware:	Any hardware
Software:
OS:	Any hardware that support the Oracle Database.
Application:	You need Oracle RDBMS 9i or above. You can also user Oracle XE Database. The Oracle Database software can be downloaded from Oracle Technology Download Site You may also need Application Server 9.0.4 or above if you are not using the XML DB http server. Oracle Application Software Link We also need the Application Express Software
Other:
Skills	L/ Unix and Windows basic skills. Basic Oracle RDBMS skills

Issues/Errors encountered/resolved:

Do not use iSQLPLUS to install Application Express as this will
not work because of its web architecture. The installation script
will local file to install the PL/SQL packages and procedures needed.
